Frequently asked questions
Click "Create your account" from the homepage. You can create a general account without picking a conference, and decide what to do with it afterwards from your dashboard - submit a paper, register a conference, or register a journal.
From your dashboard, choose "Submit a paper," browse open conferences/journals, and follow the registration link for the one you're submitting to. If you already have an account, it's added to it automatically - no need to create a second account.
That depends entirely on the conference/journal you're submitting to - Technology Fist's own and umbrella venues charge a single author fee upon acceptance; for any other venue, check its Payment page or contact its chair/editor for what applies.
From your dashboard, choose "Register a conference" or "Register a journal." You'll be asked for basic details and a hosting fee, then your submission system (and optional website) is provisioned once payment is confirmed.
Conferences run one edition at a time - when the license for an edition ends, you'll submit a new hosting request for the next one. Journals renew in place - the Editor can request a renewal from their dashboard at any time, keeping the same acronym, links, and website.
Once your conference/journal's chair marks your paper as published on the proceedings page, a DOI-formatted identifier is generated automatically. Full registration with CrossRef (so it resolves publicly) is handled separately by the venue - ask its chair/editor for status.
Each payment page shows only the payment methods that can actually complete - typically bank transfer, and card payment on Technology Fist's own and umbrella venues. Follow the on-screen instructions; you're emailed once your payment is confirmed, and confirmed payments come with a printable receipt.
For anything specific to a conference/journal (submissions, reviews, decisions), contact that venue's chair/editor directly. For account or platform-level issues, contact Technology Fist.
