Author Agreement

Last updated 04 Aug 2026

This Author Agreement applies to anyone submitting a paper through Article Management System.

  • You confirm the submitted work is your own original work (or that of your co-authors), has not been published elsewhere in substantially the same form, and is not simultaneously under review elsewhere unless disclosed and approved.
  • You confirm all co-authors have consented to this submission and to the venue's review process.
  • You grant the hosting conference/journal a non-exclusive license to review, and - if accepted and published - to publish, distribute, and index your work, as described in the venue's own publication terms.
  • If the venue registers your accepted paper with a permanent DOI (via the separate Publishing platform), you additionally consent to your name, affiliation, title, and abstract being deposited with Crossref as permanent, publicly visible scholarly metadata - this cannot be withdrawn once deposited, consistent with how DOI registration works industry-wide.
  • You understand your submission is subject to peer review, and that acceptance is not guaranteed.
  • Where an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies, you confirm you understand the fee before submitting for payment, and that fees are handled under the Refund Policy.
  • You agree to respond to reviewer and editorial requests (revisions, camera-ready files, copyright forms) within the timelines the venue communicates to you.
  • If your paper is published through the Publishing platform, it carries the license shown on its article page (typically a Creative Commons license such as CC BY 4.0, or the venue's stated alternative) - under Creative Commons licenses you retain copyright while granting readers the stated reuse rights.
  • Before publication you may receive a proof of the final version by email; you agree to review it and either approve it or request corrections promptly. Approving the proof confirms the record (title, authors, affiliations, content) is correct as shown.
  • Payments you make are confirmed to you by email at every status change, with a printable receipt once confirmed; while a payment of yours is pending, a duplicate payment for the same paper cannot be started.
  • Corrections and retractions after publication are handled through formal, dated notices on the article page - published records are never silently edited or deleted.

By checking the box when submitting your paper, and again when making any related payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Author Agreement.
