Every conference and journal hosted on Article Management System operates its own independent editorial process and publishes its own Editorial Policy on its own website. This platform-wide guidance describes the baseline Technology Fist expects, rather than replacing it.
- Editorial decisions at every venue are expected to be made solely on scientific/technical merit, independent of any commercial consideration.
- Venues are expected to have a clear process for handling suspected misconduct (plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submission), including the possibility of rejection or post-publication retraction.
- Technology Fist does not itself make, review, or override any individual venue's editorial decisions - each conference/journal's chairs/editors hold full editorial authority and responsibility for their own venue.
- Where a venue's Publishing platform page is active, corrections, retractions, and expressions of concern are published as formal, dated notices on the affected article's page - visible to every reader, never a silent edit or deletion - and, where applicable, communicated to Crossref as part of the permanent scholarly record.
- Authors, reviewers, and readers should always check the specific conference/journal's own Editorial Policy page for its actual practices, rather than relying on this general guidance alone.
