Refund Policy - Reviewers

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for reviewers using Article Management System, operated by Technology Fist.
Reviewing is a voluntary/uncompensated role on this platform; no fees are charged to reviewers, so no refund policy applies.
- Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised with the relevant conference/journal in the first instance, and with Technology Fist for platform-level (hosting/renewal/publication) fees.
- Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original payment, where technically possible.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
Where a purchase is processed by a Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by that Merchant of Record in accordance with its applicable buyer terms, applicable law, and this policy where applicable.
