This Delivery Policy explains what "delivery" means for reviewers using Article Management System, a digital service with no physical goods shipped.
For reviewers, "delivery" means: review assignments are delivered by email invitation; your submitted reviews are delivered to the assigned chair/editor immediately upon submission through the platform.
- All services are delivered electronically; there is no shipping and no physical delivery address is collected for that purpose.
- If a delivery (e.g. a decision notification or account provisioning) is delayed beyond what's reasonably expected, please contact the relevant conference/journal, or Technology Fist for platform-level issues.
