Delivery Policy - Journal Editors

This Delivery Policy explains what "delivery" means for journal editors using Article Management System, a digital service with no physical goods shipped.
For journal editors, "delivery" means: your journal's submission system is provisioned immediately upon approval; each renewal period is applied immediately once payment is confirmed, with no service interruption if renewed before expiry. After your license expires, your journal's data remains accessible for 6 months (see the License Agreement) so you can retrieve anything you need.
- All services are delivered electronically; there is no shipping and no physical delivery address is collected for that purpose.
- If a delivery (e.g. a decision notification or account provisioning) is delayed beyond what's reasonably expected, please contact the relevant conference/journal, or Technology Fist for platform-level issues.
