Refund Policy - Conference Chairs

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for conference chairs using Article Management System, operated by Technology Fist.
AMS hosting fees are generally non-refundable once your conference has been provisioned, since setup work has already been carried out. If a request is rejected before approval, no fee has been charged. Renewal fees (for journals) are non-refundable once a renewal has been confirmed and applied.
- Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised with the relevant conference/journal in the first instance, and with Technology Fist for platform-level (hosting/renewal/publication) fees.
- Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original payment, where technically possible.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
Where a purchase is processed by a Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by that Merchant of Record in accordance with its applicable buyer terms, applicable law, and this policy where applicable.
