Delivery Policy - Conference Chairs
Last updated 02 Aug 2026
This Delivery Policy explains what "delivery" means for conference chairs using Article Management System, a digital service with no physical goods shipped.
For conference chairs, "delivery" means: once your AMS hosting request is approved and payment is confirmed, your conference's submission system (and website, if purchased) is provisioned and accessible immediately; any physical deliverables are not part of this platform's service. After your license expires, your conference's data remains accessible for 6 months (see the License Agreement) so you can retrieve anything you need.
- All services are delivered electronically; there is no shipping and no physical delivery address is collected for that purpose.
- If a delivery (e.g. a decision notification or account provisioning) is delayed beyond what's reasonably expected, please contact the relevant conference/journal, or Technology Fist for platform-level issues.
