Open Engineering Preprints hosts unreviewed manuscripts in engineering and applied science, so results can be read and cited while peer review takes its own time.
Every posting is screened by a moderator for scope, completeness and research integrity - typically within 48 working hours - and then goes public with a registered DOI. Screening is not peer review and never claims to be.
Once live, a preprint can be reviewed by any signed-in platform member. Those reviews are published under the reviewer's real name and are controlled by the author of the preprint.
