Review Policy

Every submission receives at least three independent reviews under double-blind conditions. Reviewers declare conflicts of interest before bidding, and the system enforces institutional separation automatically.

Authors of papers marked for major revision receive the full reviews and a response window; revised papers return to the original reviewers wherever possible, with the changes highlighted.

The programme committee meets to decide borderline cases. Decisions are released to all authors on the same date.
